摘要: 丝裂原诱导基因6(MIG6)是表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)的诱导反馈抑制因子,能调节EGFR的激活和稳定性。MIG6在作为孕酮靶基因的同时,又能调节孕酮对雌二醇的拮抗效应。MIG6还具有抑制肿瘤发生的能力,MIG6表达下调或缺失与子宫内膜异位症(EMs)的孕酮抵抗和子宫内膜癌的发生密切相关。综述MIG6对EGFR信号的反馈调节机制、MIG6对孕酮效应的调节和MIG6与EMs孕酮抵抗及子宫内膜癌发生之间的关系,为克服EMs孕酮抵抗及子宫内膜癌的治疗提供理论基础。

Abstract: Mitogen-inducible gene 6(MIG6) is induced by epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR) feedback inhibition factor, can regulate receptor activation and stability. MIG6 is the target gene of progesterone can adjust the antagonistic effect of progesterone on estradiol. MIG6 also possesses the tumor suppressor function. Down-regulation or loss of MIG6 expression is often associated with progesterone resistance of endometriosis(EMs) and the incidence of endometrial cancer. The aim of this review is to highlight recent findings regarding the mechanism of feedback inhibitor of MIG6 on the EGFR signaling pathways and the relationship between MIG6 and progesterone activity,progesterone resistance of EMs and the incidence of endometrial neoplasms.
