摘要: 自然杀伤 (NK) 细胞是机体天然免疫的主要免疫细胞,是机体抗肿瘤的第一道防线。NK细胞对肿瘤的杀伤活性主要取决于细胞表面活化性受体和抑制性受体识别相应的配体后产生信号的综合。NK细胞系的建立,尤其是NK-92的建立及临床应用,为肿瘤的免疫治疗提供了广阔的应用前景。随着对NK细胞识别人类肿瘤的分子机制研究的深入及基因转移技术的应用,以NK细胞为基础的抗肿瘤免疫治疗备受关注。

Abstract: Natural killer(NK) cells is a subset of lymphocytes that mainly participate in innate immunity, and also play a key role in the antitumor immune responses. The capability of NK cells to kill tumor cells mainly depends on the synthesis of stimulatory and inhibitory signals on the cells surface. Cell lines establishment and clinical application of NK-92 cell line provide wide application prospect for tumor immunotherapy. In past years, researchers have obtained a more deeply understand about the molecular basis for NK cell recognition cancer. Together with the application of genetic modification, NK cell-based immunotherapy will be much concerned.
