乳腺癌/卵巢癌家族史人群对口服避孕药的知识、态度和使用情况分析

摘要： 目的：调查乳腺癌/卵巢癌家族史女性人群对口服避孕药的知识、态度和使用情况。方法：自行设计调查问卷对92名乳腺癌/卵巢癌家族史一级亲属进行调查，调查内容包括口服避孕药的知识、态度、行为和信息需求等。结果：有60人（65.2%）用过避孕药。13人（40.6%）认为肿瘤家族史是他们不用避孕药的原因之一。被调查对象反映获取的关于口服避孕药的信息不足，比较喜欢利用健康教育宣传小手册获取所需信息。结论：有乳腺癌/卵巢癌家族史的女性对避孕药的优缺点有清晰的认知，有助于其选择合适避孕措施。

Abstract: Objective：To investigate the perception，attitude，and utilization of oral contraceptives(OC) among population with history of breast cancer and ovarian cancer. Methods：All of 92 females who had history of breast cancer and ovarian cancer among first level relatives were surveyed on perception，attitude，behavior，and information need. Results：There were 65.2% of participants used OC，and 40.6% of them reported that history of cancer was a major reason for not using OC. Most of participants wanted to know more information about OC and preferred to get information through health education handbook. Conclusions：Among females with history of breast cancer and ovarian cancer，it was helpful to choose ideal contraceptive methods when they had a good perception on OC.
