腺垂体功能低下患者妊娠期准备与围生期处理研究进展

摘要： 腺垂体功能低下（hypopituitarism）是因腺垂体受损引起相应激素缺乏所致的一种综合征。腺垂体功能低下患者可出现闭经、受孕困难、不孕不育、产后无乳和妊娠并发症，流产、贫血、胎盘早剥、早产和产后出血等发生率较高。腺垂体功能低下患者妊娠前全身充分准备、合理地应用辅助生殖技术，妊娠期和围生期持续监测激素水平，使激素保持在正常水平，可减少妊娠并发症的产生，改善妊娠结局。现综述腺垂体功能低下患者妊娠期准备与围生期处理研究进展。

Abstract: Hypopituitarism is a syndrome caused by corresponding insufficiency of hormones′ secretion and results from destroyed anterior pituitary. Amenorrhea，difficulty conceiving，infertility，postpartum no milk occur in hypopituitary patients. The incidence of pregnancy complications is higher，such as abortion，anemia，placental abruption，premature birth and postpartum hemorrhage. So adequate preparation and reasonable use of ART in pre-pregnancy，continuous monitoring of hormone levels and maintaining normal hormone levels in pregnancy and perinatal period can reduce pregnancy complications and improve pregnancy outcomes. This review summarized recent advances about preparation in pregnancy and management in perinatal period of hypopituitarism.
