摘要: Wnt信号传导通路包括经典的Wnt信号传导途径,Wnt/Ca2+途径和Wnt/JNK信号通路。Wnt信号通路在真核生物中是高度保守且最重要的信号途径之一。其广泛存在于动物发育过程中,包括细胞增殖不同阶段,细胞分化,极性和迁移,并且与胚胎发生密切相关。Wnt/JNK信号通路又称为细胞平面极性途径,非经典的Wnt信号传导途径,通过重排细胞骨架来调控细胞极性。Wnt/JNK信号通路中效应因子在不同的肿瘤细胞中的表达不同。大量实验证明,Wnt/JNK通路中的效应因子通过此通路在肿瘤中的侵袭,调控肿瘤细胞凋亡以及肿瘤治疗方面发挥重要作用。近年展开的Wnt/JNK通路研究,主要集中在对果蝇和脊椎动物为模型的研究,探讨其在胚胎形成时的作用。近年来研究发现Wnt/JNK中效应因子与妇科肿瘤的关系密切,并在不同妇科肿瘤中发挥不同的作用。就Wnt/JNK通路的信号传导途径,在肿瘤细胞中的作用机制及其在妇科肿瘤中的作用做一综述。

Abstract: Wnt signaling pathway including:the classic Wnt signaling pathway,Wnt/Ca2+ pathway,Wnt/JNK signaling pathway. Wnt/JNK signaling pathway,also known as PCP pathway, non-classical Wnt signaling pathway,through the rearrangement of the cytoskeleton to regulate cell polarity,The effect of factors in Wnt / JNK signaling pathway express different role in different tumor cells. Experimental results demonstrate Wnt/JNK pathway in the effect factor through this pathway in tumor invasion,regulation of tumor cell apoptosis and playing an important role in cancer therapy. This article reviews literature about Wnt / JNK pathway in signal transduction pathway in the mechanism of tumor cells and its role in gynecological tumors.
