摘要: 微小RNA-375(microRNA-375,miR-375)属于高度保守的miRNAs家族,可通过调节一系列靶基因的表达,在抑制细胞增殖、促进细胞凋亡、抑制侵袭转移等方面发挥重要的抑癌作用。研究发现,miR-375在多种恶性肿瘤细胞系及实体组织中均呈低表达,且与肿瘤的发生发展密切相关,尤其近年miR-375在宫颈癌和子宫内膜癌中作用的研究日益增多,但其相关机制仍有待进一步研究。针对miR-375的生物学功能及其在妇科恶性肿瘤中的研究进展进行综述。

Abstract: MicroRNA-375 is a highly conservative miRNA,which play important roles in suppressing proliferation,promoting apoptosis,suppressing invasion and metastasis by means of regulating the expression of genes. The research has revealed that miR-375 is remarkably down-regulated in many tumor cells and ontic tissues,and is closely related in cancer development and progression. Recent years,the research on miR-375 in cervical cancer and endometrial cancer is increasing,but the mechanism should be studied future. This article elaborates biological function of miR-375 and improvements of some studies in gynecological malignant tumors.
