摘要： 卵巢癌是一种激素依赖性肿瘤，内分泌治疗作为辅助疗法之一的历史悠久。近年来随着促性腺激素释放激素（GnRH）类似物对卵巢癌细胞增殖、凋亡等作用的发现，GnRH类似物的抗癌治疗成为研究热点。除直接抗肿瘤作用外，GnRH类似物对化疗后卵巢功能保护的作用有重要的临床意义。对于早期、保留卵巢功能的患者，GnRH类似物能同时治疗肿瘤和保护卵巢功能，提高患者的生活质量。

Abstract: Ovarian cancer is a hormone depended cancer. Endocrine therapy as an adjunctive therapy has a long history. Gonadotropin releasing hormone（GnRH）analogues can affect the proliferation and apoptosis of ovarian cancer cells. Many researches certified the ovarian function protection of the GnRH analogues after chemotherapy. For the patients of early stages and keeping the ovary，it has great clinical significance to treat ovarian cancer and protect ovarian function simultaneously with GnRH analogues.
