雌激素、辅助性T 细胞/调节性T 细胞与卵巢癌相关性研究进展

摘要: 卵巢癌是妇科亟待解决的难题,其病死率高,病因未明,以往提出的众多假说难以全面阐释卵巢癌的发病机制。近年研究表明,卵巢癌患者神经内分泌系统和免疫系统联系密切,下丘脑-垂体-卵巢轴释放的雌激素与免疫内环境中辅助性T细胞17(T help cell 17, Th17)、调节性T 细胞(regulatory T cells,Treg)共同处于肿瘤微环境中。现对雌激素、Th17 /Treg与卵巢癌之间的相互关系进行研究,以期从神经内分泌免疫角度拓宽进一步研究的视野和思路。

Abstract: Ovarian cancer is one of the most sophisticated gynecological problems with undetermined etiology and high mortality, demanding prompt solutions. Although various hypotheses have been introduced previously, none of which can fully elucidate the pathogenesis of ovarian cancer. Recent researches have shown that the immune system is closely associated with neuroendocrine system in patients with ovarian cancer. Estrogen on hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis and Treg、Th17 cells in internal immune environment lay in the same tumor microenvironment of ovarian cancer. Based on this, this review deals with the recent progress and circumstances on interrelations among estrogen、Th17 /Treg and ovarian cancer in order to broaden minds for further study from the perspective of neuro-endocrine-immunoregulatory network.
