摘要： 很多人对妊娠期用药存在很大的顾虑，甚至有患者因为在妊娠期服用了某种药物而选择终止妊娠。探讨降压药血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂（ACEI）、抗癫痫药（AEDs）、抗抑郁药及宫缩抑制剂等妊娠期常用药安全性的循证医学证据，着重于国际上近年来的新观点、新进展，尤其关注大样本、高质量的妊娠期用药研究，为妊娠期安全合理用药提供循证医学评价。

Abstract: Maternal exposure to medications may increase the risk of congenital malformations. In principle of evidence-based medicine，we present several distinguished achievements about the safety of some drugs during pregnancy，antihypertensive drugs，antidepressants，antiepileptics，tocolytics，for example.
