摘要： 目的：总结先天性阴道斜隔综合征的超声图像特点及正确的诊断方法。方法：回顾性分析10例经手术证实的阴道斜隔综合征患者的临床症状及超声图像特点。结果：阴道斜隔综合征的超声图像特点为：双宫体，双宫颈，患侧阴道斜隔内积血和患侧肾脏缺如。妊娠期诊断阴道斜隔综合征有一定难度。结论：先天性阴道斜隔综合征的超声图像特点明显，超声可作为诊断该病首选且可靠的方法。

Abstract: Objective：To discuss the ultrasound features and the correct diagnostic methods of congenital oblique vaginal septum syndrome（OVSS）. Method：To analyze clinical symptoms and ultrasound characteristics of 10 cases of OVSS confirmed by the operation. Results：All cases have double uterus，double cervix，haematocele and kidney absence on the oblique septum side.It’s difficult to make a diagnosis of OVSS during the pregnancy. Conclusions：The image characteristics of congenital OVSS are significant .Ultrasound can be used as a preferred and reliable method in diagnosis of OVSS.
