母胎间胆汁酸转运及机制探讨

摘要: 胆汁酸由胆固醇转化而来,是胆汁的主要成分。其一方面有助于脂肪的消化和吸收,同时也具有一定的细胞毒性。胎儿肝脏在妊娠中期就能够合成胆汁酸,但缺乏代谢能力。如何维持胎儿血清中胆汁酸水平,确保胎儿宫内安全是产科学者关注的问题。近年来,随着对妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症(ICP)发病机制研究的深入以及肝脏相关转运体研究的成熟,胎盘作为母胎间物质交换重要场所,其是否存在胆汁酸相关转运体引起了学者们的关注。针对胆汁酸在母体和胎儿间的转运及其机制做一综述。

Abstract: Bile acids,synthesized from cholesterol,are the main components of bile. They take part in fat digestion and absorption while they have cytotoxicity. The fetus liver is able to synthesize bile acids early in intra-uterine life,but poor in metabolism. How to maintain the levels of bile acids in the fetus serum in order to ensure their safety during pregnancy is the main point valued by the obstetrics researchers. In recent years,with the deepening of research in the pathogenesis of ICP and liver related transporters, whether there are some bile acids transporters in human’s plancenta which plays a great role in substances exchange between the fetus and the mother caused researchers’ attention. This review is about the mechanism of bile acids transport in the fetus-mother unit.
