摘要: 卵巢癌是女性常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其致死率居妇科恶性肿瘤之首。纳米药物因其靶向性高,不良反应轻,日益成为卵巢癌靶向治疗的研究热点之一。纳米药物在卵巢癌中的应用包括靶向化疗、靶向基因治疗和靶向放疗等。目前,纳米药物在卵巢癌中的应用仍处于起步阶段,相信随着纳米技术的不断成熟,其在卵巢癌的治疗中将起到更重要的作用。

Abstract: Ovarian cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in women,the lethality is the highest in gynecological malignant tumors. Nano drug have high targeting property and slight adverse reaction,and it is becoming one of the hot spots in targeting treatment of ovarian cancer. The application of nano durg in the ovarian cancer includes targeted chemotherapy,targeted gene therapy,targeted radiation and so on. At present,the application of nano drug in ovarian cancer is still in the initial stage,but we believe that it will play an important role in the treatment of ovarian cancer.
