摘要: 近年来,介孔二氧化硅纳米颗粒(MSNs)凭借其独特的理化特性应用于生物医学领域,其作为一种新型的药物运载系统(DDSs)赢得了越来越多的关注。相较于传统的纳米药物载体,如脂质体、聚合物纳米颗粒等,MSNs可有效、大量地装载各种治疗药物。MSNs的高载药容量和共载能力,使得克服肿瘤多重耐药(MDR)成为可能。更重要的是,介孔材料表面拥有大量的硅烷醇基,可以此为基础合成纳米复合材料,使得肿瘤诊疗一体化成为可能。综述近年来MSNs在肿瘤治疗及诊断方面的应用进展。

Abstract: In recent years,mesoporous silica nanoparticles(MSNs), by virtue of its unique physical and chemical properties,has won more and more attention as a novel drug delivery systems (DDSs) used in the biomedical field. Compared to traditional nano drug carriers such as liposomes,polymer nanoparticles. MSNs have a distinct advantage:to be effective in loading various drugs;the high drug loading capacity of MSNs making overcome tumor multidrug resistantce (MDR) becomes possible. More important fact is that there is a large number of silanol groups in the surface of mesoporous materials which may be used as the basis of multifunctional nanocomposites that makes tumors theranostics becomes possible. The application of MSNs in cancer therapy and diagnosis has been reviewed in this paper.
