盆底重建术并发症的准确描述及防治

摘要： 近年来合成网片的盆底重建术广泛应用于盆腔器官脱垂（pelvic organ prolapse，POP）的治疗，但有可能出现各种并发症。为了便于并发症研究，由国际泌尿妇科学会（International Urogynecological Association，IUGA）、国际尿控协会（International Continence Society，ICS）联合组成的委员会于 2011 年制定并发表了女性盆底修补手术植入材料相关并发症的标准化术语及分类系统。经阴道网片植入治疗POP虽然可以提高治愈率、减少复发率，但是术后会出现多种并发症，包括网片侵蚀、暴露、局部感染、术后疼痛及性交困难等，熟练掌握手术技巧可有效防治相关的并发症。

Abstract: In recent years pelvic reconstruction surgery with synthetic mesh is widely used in treatment of pelvic organ prolapse （POP），but there are many kinds of complications may occur. In order to research complications，the International Urogynecological Association （IUGA） and International Continence Society（ICS） formulated and published the standardization and classification system of complications associated to female pelvic floor repair material in 2011. The transvaginal mesh implant in treatment of POP while improve the cure rate，reduce the recurrence rate， can appear a variety of postoperative complications，including mesh erosion，exposure，local infection, postoperative pain and difficulty of sexual intercourse，good operation skills can effectively prevent and treat complications.
