子宫内膜异位症患者治疗后在位子宫内膜的变化

摘要: 目的:研究子宫内膜异位症(EMs)患者常规治疗后在位内膜的白细胞介素8(IL-8)mRNA,基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)蛋白的表达变化,证实其参与了EMs的发生和发展。方法:检测EMs患者治疗前后和健康对照组的IL-8 mRNA,MMP-9和VEGF蛋白的表达。结果:EMs组治疗前在位内膜IL-8 mRNA的表达较对照组高,治疗后IL-8 mRNA的表达较治疗前下降(均P<0.05)。EMs组治疗前MMP-9和VEGF阳性表达率高于对照组(P<0.05);EMs组治疗后的MMP-9和VEGF阳性表达率低于治疗前(P<0.05)。治疗前IL-8 mRNA、MMP-9蛋白与VEGF蛋白表达呈正相关(rs分别为0.842,0.851,均P<0.05)。结论:手术彻底切除EMs病灶联合药物治疗可以改善EMs患者在位内膜的微环境,延迟复发。在位内膜的IL-8、MMP-9和VEGF在EMs的发生、发展中具有协同作用。

Abstract: Objective:To study the expression changes of interleukin-8 (IL-8) mRNA, matrix metalloproteinase 9 (MMP-9) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in eutopic endometrium of patients with endometriosis (EMs), and to confirm that it is involved in the occurrence and development of EMs. Methods:IL-8 mRNA, MMP-9 and VEGF protein expression in eutopic endometrium of EMs patients before and after treatment and the healthy control group were detected. Results:The expression of IL-8 mRNA in EMs group before treated was higher than that in control group, and the expression of IL-8 mRNA was decreased after treatment (both P<0.05). Positive expression rate of MMP-9 and VEGF protein in endometriosis patients before treated were higher than that of the control group and the patients after treatment (P<0.05). IL-8 mRNA and MMP-9 protein expression and VEGF protein expression existed positive correlation (rs=0.842, 0.851, all P<0.05). Conclusions:Complete surgical excision of endometriosis lesions combined with drug therapy can improve the microenvironment of endometriosis and to delay its recurrence. IL-8, MMP-9 and VEGF had synergistic effect in endometriosis occurrence and development.
