盆底神经损伤机制在盆腔器官脱垂发病中的作用

摘要: 盆底功能障碍性疾病尤其盆腔器官脱垂(pelvic organ prolapse,POP)是妇科常见病,严重影响中老年女性的健康及生活质量,但目前其发病机制尚不明确。随着对盆底功能障碍性疾病发病高危因素的深入了解,盆底支持结构的神经损伤机制成为了盆底功能障碍性疾病病因学研究新的切入点和热点。已有的POP神经电生理学及病生理学研究证实POP不仅存在盆底神经损伤和肽类神经递质异常,同时盆底肌肉普遍存在失神经支配现象,揭示了盆底神经损伤机制是POP发生发展中的重要环节。就该领域的相关研究进展进行综述。

Abstract: Pelvic organ prolapse (POP) is one of the most common gynecological disease of middle and aged women. Although the fundamental etiology of POP is not well explained yet, it is believed to be the consequences of the defect, damage and dysfunction in the supporting structures of pelvic. With the new concepts and technology research on POP, the neural injury theory has become one of the hottest topics in women urology research field. There is strong evidence from electrophysiological and pathophysiological study that nerve injury and its related neuropeptides deficiency may cause denervation of pelvic supportive muscles, which can play an essential role in POP development. This review will introduce the recent prevailing research work on pelvic floor nerve injury and pelvic floor denervation.
