S100P在肿瘤中的研究进展及其与胚胎植入的关系

摘要: 钙结合蛋白S100P(S100P)是S100钙结合蛋白家族的一员,在多种肿瘤中高表达,参与了肿瘤细胞的增生、存活、转移与侵袭,与肿瘤的发生、发展、预后及药物敏感性相关。近年研究发现,S100P在种植窗期人子宫内膜的表达明显增高,且孕激素对该分子有上调作用,提示该分子可能参与子宫内膜容受性的形成及胚胎植入过程。子宫内膜容受性的形成是胚胎植入的必要条件,胚胎植入是成功妊娠的关键环节,这一过程涉及了细胞的增生、凋亡、黏附、侵袭和血管增生,与肿瘤的发生发展有很多相似的生理过程,S100P在胚胎植入过程中发挥的作用还有待进一步研究。综述近年来关于S100P的研究进展及其与胚胎植入的相关研究。

Abstract: S100P,one member of the S100 calcium binding protein family,has been found highly expressed in various tumor cells,participated in the proliferation,survival,metastasis and invasion of tumor cells,and related to the development,prognosis,and drug resistance of tumors. Recently,it has also been found up-regulated expression in human endometria in the “window of implantation”,and evidence shows that progesterone can boost its expression. These evidences prompt that S100P may play a role in embryo implantation. Endometrial receptivity is a prerequisite for embryo implantation,which is crucial for successful pregnancy. There are many biological processes in embryo implantation similar to that in tumor,such as cell proliferation,apoptosis,adhesion,invasion and angiogenesis. This paper reviews the publications about S100P and its relationship between endometrial receptivity and embryo implantation.
