摘要： 化疗是免疫性疾病和肿瘤的主要治疗方法，但化疗药物可能会导致女性患者卵巢功能损伤。卵巢功能损伤导致的闭经、不孕、血管舒缩症状、性功能障碍、骨质疏松等问题给患者带来巨大痛苦，并对其社会心理和性心理产生影响。因此，寻找减少卵巢损伤、保留患者生殖和内分泌功能的相关防治措施十分重要。总结相关文献，对促性腺激素释放激素激动剂（GnRHa）、胚胎冻存和卵母细胞冻存、卵巢组织冻存、细胞凋亡抑制剂、自由基清除剂、中医中药治疗等保护卵巢功能和生育能力的方法进行综述。

关键词: 抗肿瘤联合化疗方案, 卵巢功能早衰, 卵巢

Abstract: Chemotherapy is the main treatment for immune diseases and cancer, but chemotherapy drugs may cause ovarian dysfunction in female. Amenorrhea, infertility, vasomotor symptoms, sexual dysfunction, osteoporosis and other problems caused by ovarian dysfunction bring great suffering to the patients. These also impact on patients′ psychosocial and sexual psychology. It is very important to find relevant prevention measures to reduce ovarian damage and meantime retaining reproductive and endocrine function in patients. This article summarize the relevant literature, the protection of ovarian function and fertility methods, for example, GnRH analogues, embryo cryopreservation and oocyte cryopreservation, ovarian tissue cryopreservation, apoptosis inhibition, free radical scavenger, therapy of traditional Chinese medicine are described.
