摘要: 子宫内膜异位症(EMs)的病因学与治疗学机制研究进展仍不尽人意,创建合适的动物模型对病因学研究及实验治疗效果评估至关重要。荧光转染法因能构建无创简便的模型,近年来逐渐成为EMs模型建立上的新方向。对依靠该方法进行体内与体外EMs模型的建立,模型建立时荧光转染过程中转染材料与载体选择、荧光颜色的选取,以及模型建立后的观察与测定中仪器的选用、定量与动态测量等方面进行综述,以期为EMs动物模型的研究改进提供参考。

Abstract: Research progress of the etiological and therapeutic mechanisms of endometriosis (EMs) are still not very clear. Well established animal model which created an appropriate method of evaluation is crucial to study the etiology and experiment treatment effect of EMs. In recent years, building simple non-invasive models with fluorescent transfection method has become a new direction to establish EMs model. Considering internationally on this method with its gradual progress of establishment in vitro and in vivo, selecting transfection process, fluorescent materials and color, quantitative and dynamic observation and measurement instrument in these years, it will be useful for the summary on these aspects of the work in the EMs animal models.
