摘要： 宫腔镜以其安全性、极微创性和子宫正常解剖的极具整复性恢复等优点越来越广泛地用于诊断和治疗妇科疾病。但是伴随其出现的是子宫穿孔、经尿道前列腺切除（TURP）综合征、出血及感染等并发症，这些并发症严重者甚至可危及患者的生命。所以，早发现、早诊断和早治疗宫腔镜的并发症非常重要。

Abstract: Because of the security and minimal invasive，hysteroscopy has become a well-established modality to diagnose and treat the gynecological diseases. However，there are still complications connected to hysteroscopy such as uterine perforation，TURP syndrome，hemorrhage，infection and so on. Some of them is sever and fatal. Therefore，the recognition of complications and prompt intervention will prevent adverse sequelae as well as minimizing undesirable outcomes.
