摘要： 近年来，根治性切除深部浸润型子宫内膜异位症（DIE）病灶已基本获得共识，但切除DIE病灶后导致膀胱、直肠以及性功能紊乱很少受到关注。最近报道，保留盆腔自主神经的根治性DIE手术可避免术后膀胱、直肠以及性功能紊乱。就有关DIE保留神经根治性手术的疗效以及手术方式等问题进行探讨。

关键词: 子宫内膜异位症, 手术后并发症, 自主神经通路, 治疗

Abstract: In recent years，radical resection of deeply infiltrating endometriosis （DIE） has almost been reached a consensus. However，the attention to the bladder，rectum，and sexual dysfunction after surgery has rarely paid. Recent studies have shown that the pelvic autonomic nerve-sparing DIE radical surgery may avoid the bladder，rectum，and sexual dysfunction after operation. Here，we investigated the feasibility of the pelvic autonomic nerve-sparing DIE radical surgery，and the modes of operations.
