摘要: 肿瘤的侵袭和转移是一个复杂的病理过程,多种蛋白酶在这一过程中发挥着重要作用,包括基质金属蛋白酶及纤溶酶原系统等,其介导细胞外基质的降解及细胞膜蛋白的水解活化而促进肿瘤细胞的转移。新发现的一种丝氨酸蛋白酶——Matriptase是胰蛋白酶样Ⅱ型跨膜丝氨酸蛋白酶,其表达于许多上皮起源的正常及恶性肿瘤组织中。研究发现,Matriptase具有很强的癌基因潜能,可能参与肿瘤浸润和转移过程。综述Matriptase的基因结构、功能及其与妇科恶性肿瘤的关系。

Abstract: Tumor progression and metastasis is a complicated pathologic process, in which multiple proteases such as metalloproteases and the plasminogen activation system play a fundamental role. They mediate the degradation of extracellular matrix and the activation of membrane protein hydrolysis to allow migration of the cells into the extracellular environment. Matriptase is a type Ⅱ transmembrane trypsin-like serine protease expressed by epithelial original cells. Moreover, it is overexpressed in a lot of human cancers. It has been suggested that this protease may activate oncogenic pathways and be involved in the progress of tumor invasion and metastasis. This review summarizes current knowledge about matriptase and the structure, function of matriptase as well as the potential relationship with gynecological malignant tumors.
