Abstract: Endometrial carcinoma is one of the common gynecological cancers. The guidelines of diagnosis
and treatment of endometrial carcinoma have been used for many years in China and worldwide. However， some questions about endometrial carcinoma treatment such as hysterectomy and lymphodenectomy for early stage patient with endometrial carcinoma， endocrinal therapy， preserve fertility for the early stage endometrial carcinoma in young people， are still uncertain. This article shall review related data and discuss above questions briefly.
