Abstract: Malignant lymphoma is a rare tumor. For malignant lymphomas originating from the female reproductive system, non-Hodgkin′s lymphomas are relatively more common. Among them, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma is the most common, while Burkitt′s lymphoma is very rare. Due to the atypical clinical manifestations and the lack of effective auxiliary examinations, preoperative diagnosis is difficult, and it is easily confused with other benign and malignant tumors of the female reproductive system. And the disease is highly malignant, invasive, easy to metastasize, and the prognosis is extremely poor, so clinicians must pay enough attention. In this paper, we retrospectively analyze the data of a patient with Burkitt′s lymphoma, and review the relevant literature to further explore its origin, clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment, in order to deepen the understanding of clinicians and improve the ability of diagnosis and treatment.
