Abstract: At present, chemotherapy is an important way to treat the ovarian Neoplasms. The chemotherapy drugs can be coated in the liposomes and delivered to target site to be released with the use of liposomes′targeting. In this way, therapeutic index has been improved and toxicity side effects has been reduced. All kinds of specially designed liposomes as drug carriers treating ovarian cancer increases day by day. Here,we provide an overview of liposomal targeting therapeutics and overcoming drug resistance to ovarian cancer cell, focusing on the practicality and effectiveness of passive targeting and active targeting of liposomes in the treatment of the ovarian cancer.
