Abstract: Wnt signaling pathway including：the classic Wnt signaling pathway，Wnt/Ca2+ pathway，Wnt/JNK signaling pathway. Wnt/JNK signaling pathway，also known as PCP pathway， non-classical Wnt signaling pathway，through the rearrangement of the cytoskeleton to regulate cell polarity，The effect of factors in Wnt / JNK signaling pathway express different role in different tumor cells. Experimental results demonstrate Wnt/JNK pathway in the effect factor through this pathway in tumor invasion，regulation of tumor cell apoptosis and playing an important role in cancer therapy. This article reviews literature about Wnt / JNK pathway in signal transduction pathway in the mechanism of tumor cells and its role in gynecological tumors.
