Abstract: In recent years, radical resection of deeply infiltrating endometriosis (DIE) has almost been reached a consensus. However, the attention to the bladder, rectum, and sexual dysfunction after surgery has rarely paid. Recent studies have shown that the pelvic autonomic nerve-sparing DIE radical surgery may avoid the bladder, rectum, and sexual dysfunction after operation. Here,we investigated the feasibility of the pelvic autonomic nerve-sparing DIE radical surgery, and the modes of operations.
