Abstract: In recent years，radical resection of deeply infiltrating endometriosis （DIE） has almost been reached a consensus. However，the attention to the bladder，rectum，and sexual dysfunction after surgery has rarely paid. Recent studies have shown that the pelvic autonomic nerve-sparing DIE radical surgery may avoid the bladder，rectum，and sexual dysfunction after operation. Here，we investigated the feasibility of the pelvic autonomic nerve-sparing DIE radical surgery，and the modes of operations.
