Abstract: It has played an important role that the abnomal expression of SNAIL gene in gynecologic cacinoma invasion and metastasis. At the cellular level，Snail factors regulate cell-cell adhesion，trigger the epithelial-mesenchymal transition（EMT）and lead to the occurrence of tumor development，invasion and metastasis. Different inducing factors promote the over expression of SNAIL through different signaling pathways，activate the downstream target and cause tumor metastasis.The deep study for Snail family members can not only further clarify the mechanism of SNAIL superfamily，but also provide a theoretical basis for further research in the SNAIL related cancer treatment strategy.
