摘要: 微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)是一类在动植物中广泛存在的内源性21~25个核苷酸的短序列、高度保守的小分子非编码RNA。这类分子调节基因的表达,参与细胞分化、增殖和凋亡,肿瘤的发生、DNA甲基化及染色质改变等一系列的重要进程。综述miRNA的生物合成、作用机制及在妇科肿瘤中的一些研究进展。

关键词: 微RNAs, 卵巢肿瘤, 宫颈肿瘤, 子宫内膜肿瘤, 基因表达调控, DNA甲基化

Abstract: MicroRNA(miRNA), which are small noncoding RNAs of 21-25 nucleotides in length existed in animals and plants, is characteristic of high conservation and endogenous. They regulate the expression of genes and take part in cell differentiation, proliferation, apoptosis, and tumorigenesis, DNA hypomethylation, chromphil change and so on. The article elaborares miRNA whose biosynthesis, mechanism of action and improvements of some studies in gynecological neoplasms.
