摘要： 结肠癌转移相关基因1（metastasis-associated in colon cancer-1，MACC1）是通过全基因表达分析在结肠癌的原发灶和转移灶中发现的一个与结肠癌密切相关的基因。近两年，人们在MACC1基因对肿瘤发生发展的影响及其对癌症预后方面的影响进行了研究，发现MACC1基因极有可能成为治疗肿瘤转移的一个新靶点。现从MACC1基因的发现、结构、表达以及功能方面进行综述。

关键词: 结肠癌转移相关基因-1, 原癌基因蛋白质c-met, 妇科肿瘤, 卵巢肿瘤

Abstract: Metastasis-associated in colon cancer-1 （MACC1） is a previously undescribed gene associated with colon cancer by genome-wide expression analysis in primary and metastatic carcinomas. In the past two years，some studies of MACC1 have been carried out in the metastasis of cancer and the aspect of prognosis. These studies indicated a potential value of MACC1 as a molecular target in cancer metastasis therapy. This article summarize the discovery，structure，expression and function of MACC1 gene.
