摘要： 盆腔肿块是临床常见病症，常难以确定其来源及性质。重视患者的临床表现，并通过超声等影像学检查和肿瘤标记物全面评估肿块的良恶性，再行个体化的腹腔镜手术，是明确诊断并提供安全有效治疗的最佳方式。

Abstract: Pelvic neoplasms are common disease in clinical practice but difficult in diagnosis. Laparoscopy therapy with early consultant of clinical manifestation，ultrasound and serum tumor marker results is the most efficient treatment in pelvic neoplasms.
