多囊卵巢综合征动物模型的胰岛素抵抗表现

摘要: 多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是育龄期妇女常见内分泌及代谢紊乱性疾病,病因不明,近年来越来越多的研究显示,高胰岛素血症和胰岛素抵抗在疾病发生发展过程中起到重要作用。进行疾病发生机制及治疗效果的研究通常应用动物模型,常见的多囊卵巢动物模型造模方法包括雄激素法、雄激素+人绒毛膜促性腺激素(hCG)法、雌激素法、来曲唑法、胰岛素+hCG法、孕激素+hCG法等。分析比较PCOS研究中常用的几种动物模型,探讨更适合研究胰岛素抵抗的动物模型。

Abstract: Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS),whose etiology is still not clear,is a common endocrine disorder of reproductive-age female. More and more researches indicate that hyperinsulinemia and insulin resistance play an important role in the occurrence and development of PCOS in recent decades. Usually,we use a variety of animal models for the study of it’s pathogenesis and therapeutic effect. Common polycystic ovary animal model manufacturing methods include androgen, androgen+hCG, estrogen method, letrozole method, insulin + hCG method, progesterone + hCG method, this paper summarizes the insulin resistance performance of common animal models of polycystic ovary syndrome , and to explore which model is more suitable for the study of insulin resistance in the occurrence and development of the disease.
