摘要: 高糖基化人绒毛膜促性腺激素(hCG-H)是hCG的一种亚型,主要由妊娠早期滋养细胞和滋养细胞肿瘤细胞分泌,能够促进滋养细胞或肿瘤细胞的侵入作用,可以抑制肿瘤细胞的凋亡。hCG-H对妊娠和妊娠相关疾病的检查有一定的价值,同时是一种可靠的滋养细胞肿瘤标记物,并能够指导滋养细胞肿瘤的治疗。

Abstract: Hyperglycosylated hCG is a subtype of hCG produced by trophoblast cells in early pregnancy and tumor cells. Hyperglycosylated hCG promotes trophoblast invasion in choriocarcinoma,growth of cytotrophoblast cells and placental implantation in pregnancy. Hyperglycosylated hCG is a reliable bio-marker of gestational trophoblastic diseases and a valuable marker for Down syndrome screen,hypertensive disorder prediction in pregnancy and gestational trophoblastic tumor management.
