去卵巢大鼠心脏结构和心肌细胞的改变

摘要: 目的:研究去卵巢大鼠心脏结构、功能以及心肌纤维化情况。方法:将20只Sprague-Dawley (SD)雌性大鼠随机分为假手术组(Sham组)和去卵巢组(OVX组),行超声心动图(UCG)检查,取心脏组织石蜡包埋,行HE及Masson染色。结果:与Sham组相比,OVX组左心室室间隔厚度明显增厚(P<0.05),心肌细胞面积与心肌细胞核面积显著增大(P<0.01),心脏胶原容积分数以及心脏血管周围胶原面积明显增多(P<0.05)。结论:去卵巢大鼠左心室室壁显著增厚,心肌细胞和间质胶原均出现重构改变。

Abstract: Objective:To investigate cardiac structure and function,myocardial cell morphology,and myocardial fibrosis in ovariectomized rats. Methods:Female Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into 2 groups,sham-operated group(Sham group) and ovariectomized group(OVX group),each group has 10 rats. The OVX group underwent bilateral oophorectomy. The 2 groups have undergone UCG to evaluate cardiac structure and function. The heart tissue of each rats were taken HE and Masson staining,to evaluate myocardial morphological changes. Results:Compared with the Sham group, left ventricular septal of OVX group was significantly thicker (P<0.05);OVX rats′ myocardial cells area increased significantly(P<0.01);ovariectomized rats′ cardiac collagen volume fraction and cardiac perivascular collagen area increased significantly (P<0.05). Conclusions:In ovariectomized rats,left ventricular septal and posterior wall have been significant thickening,reconstruction change appeared both in myocardial cells and interstitial collagen.
