摘要: 信使RNA(mRNA)、微小RNA(miRNA)、长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)和环状RNA(circRNA)等在内的RNA分子之间彼此联系、互相协调,共同构成动态的分子网络,即竞争性内源 RNA(ceRNA)调控网络。近年来研究揭示,ceRNA调控网络在促进宫颈癌的发生、发展和转归等过程中发挥着重要的调控作用。ceRNA调控网络中的任何一种RNA分子出现异常,均有可能通过多条信号通路导致宫颈癌细胞增殖、浸润、迁移或凋亡。现就近年来取得的研究进展,重点对mRNA、miRNA、lncRNA和circRNA等RNA分子与宫颈癌的关系进行综述,旨在深入阐明宫颈癌发病相关RNA分子机制,从而为宫颈癌的诊断和治疗提供新思路。

Abstract: The RNA molecules, including messenger RNA (mRNA), microRNA (miRNA), long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) and circular RNA (circRNA), are interrelated and coordinated to form a dynamic molecular network, that is, competitive endogenous RNA (ceRNA) regulatory network. Recent studies have revealed that ceRNA regulatory network plays an important role in the regulation of the pathogenesis, development and prognosis of cervical cancer. Abnormality of any RNA molecule in the ceRNA regulatory network may lead to cervical cancer cell proliferation, invasion, migration or apoptosis through multiple signaling pathways. In this review, we focus on the relationship between RNA molecules such as mRNA, miRNA, lncRNA and circRNA and cervical cancer on the basis of the research progress, aiming at elucidating the molecular mechanism of RNA associated with cervical cancer, so as to provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of cervical cancer.
