摘要: 子宫内膜癌和卵巢癌均是女性生殖系统的恶性肿瘤,发病率呈逐年升高趋势,但发病机制尚未明了。近年发现,雌激素可介导新型G蛋白偶联受体30(GPR30)通过快速非基因转录途径调控肿瘤细胞增殖与凋亡,参与肿瘤发生发展。肿瘤相关成纤维细胞在肿瘤发展中的作用也不断受到重视。综述GPR30在子宫内膜癌及卵巢癌中的表达,分析探讨GPR30在妇科肿瘤发病机制中细胞增殖、凋亡等相关调控作用,以期为子宫内膜癌及卵巢癌的临床治疗提供新的靶点。

Abstract: Endometrial and ovarian carcinomas are malignant neoplasms in the female reproductive system. Estrogen has been proved as an epidemic factor throughout gynecological carcinoma. Recently, it has been found that G-protein-coupled receptor 30(GPR30) mediates cell proliferation and survival through nongenomic effects in hypo-exposure of estrogen. Moreover, the role of tumor associated fibroblasts in carcinoma has frequently been taken into account. We review and reveal the role of GPR30 in the regulation of endometrial and ovarian carcinomas in order to provide new molecular target therapy.
