绝经前、后子宫内膜息肉组织中Bcl-2,BAG-1,Ki-67,ER和PR的表达及临床意义

摘要: 目的:探讨B淋巴细胞瘤2(Bcl-2),Bcl-2结合抗凋亡基因1(BAG-1),Ki-67,雌激素受体(ER)和孕激素受体(PR)在绝经前、后子宫内膜息肉(EP)中的表达及其临床意义。方法:免疫组织化学(SP)法检测30例绝经前和30例绝经后患者EP组织Bcl-2,BAG-1,Ki-67,ER和PR表达并分析其临床意义。结果:EP组织中Bcl-2、BAG-1和Ki-67的表达高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但ER和PR在2组中的表达差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。绝经后EP组织中Ki-67的表达低于绝经前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但绝经前、后EP组织中Bcl-2,BAG-1,ER和PR表达差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。绝经后EP组织Ki-67与PR呈正相关(P<0.05),其他各组间均无相关性(均P>0.05)。结论:Bcl-2,BAG-1,Ki-67,ER和PR可能在EP的病理改变的不同时段中发挥重要作用。

Abstract: Objective:To stduy the expression and clinical significance of Bcl-2,BAG-1,Ki-67,ER and PR on premenopausal and postmenopausal endometrial polyps. Methods:The expression of Bcl-2,BAG-1,Ki-67,ER and PR in 30 cases premenopausal endometrial polyps and 30 cases postmenopausal endometrial polyps tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results:Bcl-2,BAG-1 and Ki-67 were higher expression in endometrial polyps than control group(P<0.05),but no signification difference among ER and PR expression(P>0.05). Ki-67 expression in postmenopausal endometrial polyps was significantly lower than premenopausal endometrial polyps tissues(P<0.05). There were no signification difference among Bcl-2,BAG-1,ER and PR expression between premenopausal and postmenopausal endometrial polyps(P>0.05). Correlation analysis showed that Ki-67 was positively correlated with PR on postmenopausal endometrial polyps(P<0.05),and there was no correlation among other groups(P>0.05). Conclusions:Bcl-2,BAG-1,Ki-67,ER and PR may play an important role at different period of endometrial polyps pathological changes.
