摘要: 作为转化生长因子β(TGF-β)超家族成员之一,生长分化因子9(GDF-9)被认为是卵泡生长发育和卵巢功能重要的调节因子,其通过多种途径调控优势卵泡的形成与卵母细胞的成熟。多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)和卵巢功能早衰(POF)是育龄期妇女常见的生殖内分泌疾病,目前尚无有效的治疗方法。综述GDF-9的基因结构、功能、作用机制,及其与PCOS、POF相关性研究的最新进展。

Abstract: As a member of transforming growth factor-β superfamily, growth differentiation factor-9(GDF-9) is an important regulatory factor on development and functions of follicles. GDF-9 regulates the formation of dominant follicle and process of oocyte maturation. Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) and premature ovarian failure (POF) are both common reproductive endocrine diseases in women of child-bearing age, but there is no effective treatment so far. This article summarizes structure function and mechanism of action of GDF-9 gene. In addition, the relationship between GDF-9 and ovary diseases is reviewed.
