YKL-40在妇科恶性肿瘤中的表达和意义

摘要： YKL-40为哺乳动物几丁质酶样蛋白家族成员之一，由巨噬细胞、中性粒细胞、软骨细胞、内皮细胞、血管平滑肌细胞及一些恶性肿瘤细胞分泌。通过免疫组化法发现，YKL-40在人体多种组织中有不同程度的表达。健康的年轻人群中，血清YKL-40呈低表达且无性别差异。子宫内膜异位症患者其异位内膜腺体的上皮细胞胞质中，子宫腺肌病在位内膜、异位内膜腺上皮细胞胞质以及卵巢癌、子宫内膜癌癌组织中，YKL-40皆呈高表达；在卵巢癌、子宫内膜癌及宫颈癌患者的血清中，YKL-40水平升高，且与生存期缩短相关，治疗前的血清YKL-40水平升高预示着预后不良。

Abstract: YKL-40 is one of mammalian chitnase members and secreted by macrophage， neutrocyte， chondrocyte， endotheliocyte，vascular smooth muscle cell and some entity tumor cells. Immunohistochemical assay has found that YKL-40 is expressed in many human tissues with a varying degree. In healthy young group，the expression of serum YKL-40 is in low level and has no deference between male and female. Studies suggest that there are a high expression of YKL-40 protein in the peritoneum of peritoneal endometriosis，eutopic and ectopic endometrium of adenomyosis，ovarian cancer tissues and endometrial cancer tissues. Serum YKL-40 is elevated in ovarian cancer，endometrial cancer and cervical cancer and is related with shortened survival，elevated serum YKL-40 level before treatment indicates a poor prognosis.
