HE4对卵巢恶性肿瘤诊断价值的研究近况

摘要： 人附睾蛋白4（human epididymis protein 4，HE4）是新近提出的卵巢恶性肿瘤标记物，有研究显示，卵巢恶性肿瘤组织中HE4为高表达，而在癌旁组织、良性肿瘤和正常组织中水平较低。卵巢浆液性癌中HE4基因表达的水平高于其他恶性肿瘤，HE4可能参与了细胞周期的调控，促进卵巢癌迁移和入侵。研究表明，HE4是一个潜在的有效的卵巢肿瘤标记物，HE4可能比CA125更具有高效性。而且，HE4与肿瘤的病理分类、转移、预后均有一定关系。检测HE4可能对卵巢恶性肿瘤的诊断、病情和疗效的监测有一定价值。

Abstract: Human epididymis protein 4 （HE4） is a ovarian cancer marker suggested recently. A study revealed that HE4 highly expressed in ovarian cancer tissues，whereas HE4 expressed lower in paracancerous tissues，benign and normal tissue. In ovarian serous cancer，HE 4 gene expression level is higher than that in other malignant tumor. HE4 may be involved in the regulation of cell cycle，and promote the transfer of ovarian cancer and intrusion. Research shows that HE4 is a potential effective ovarian tumor markers，and is likely more efficiency than CA125. And that HE4 have certain relations with cancer pathological classification，tumor metastasis，the prognosis of tumor. Detection of HE4 may have a certain value for diagnosis and monitoring of ovarian cancer.
