摘要： 女性性功能障碍可由多种原因引起，而女性生殖道感染性疾病作为困扰女性的常见病，所产生的临床症状、体征及引发的相关心理障碍使这些疾病成为影响性功能的重要因素之一，对患者产生身心影响，严重影响女性的生活质量。女性常见感染性疾病包括外阴及阴道炎症、宫颈炎、盆腔炎性疾病以及性传播疾病等，可通过影响性反应周期的各个阶段导致性生活困难，甚至引发性功能障碍。由感染性疾病引起的女性性功能障碍的治疗，除了常规针对性抗感染治疗外，不能忽略患者的性生活方面的心理疏导。

Abstract: Female sexual dysfunction could be caused by a variety of reasons. Due to clinical symptoms，signs and psychological barriers，female infectious diseases，as common female diseases，have become one of the important factors in sexual function，which have physical and psychological impact on patients and have serious influence on women′s quality of life. Common female infectious diseases，such as vulvitis，vaginitis，cervicitis，pelvic inflammatory diseases and sexually transmitted diseases，could impact on different phases of sexual response cycle，leading to sexual difficulties and even female sexual dysfunction. As for treatment to female sexual dysfunction caused by infectious diseases，exact anti-infective treatment should be needed, without ignorance of patient′s psychological counseling related to sex life.
