Abstract: Uterine leiomyoma is the most common female benign tumor， of which the treatments include the operative and conservative therapies. This paper describes the indications， advantages and disadvantages of medication， high intensity focused ultrasound （HIFU） and uterine artery embolization （UAE） that would reference the choice of conservative therapies.
