Abstract: Epigenetic change consists of DNA methylation，histone modification，Micro RNA，genome imprinting. Histone is the key component of nucleosome，displaying a significant role in epigenetics. Nowadays，the role of histone modification on the carcinogenesis and cancer development becomes a research hot spot. However，the relationship between histone modification and endometrial cancer has not been thoroughly studied. Relevant articles of the past five years were summarized in this article，focusing on histone acetylation，histone methylation，and the relationship between histone modification and DNA methylation in endometrial cancer.
