Abstract: The number of cancer patients is increasing and show a younger trend in recent years. With the clinical diagnosis and treatment improved，cancer has become a chronic disease. In addition to treat the disease， we should also pay attention to their reproductive function of patients. Oncofertility emphasizes the importance of disease assessment and the knowlege of the damage of chemotherapy and radiotherapy to reproductive organs and fertility. At present，we have already had some reproductive protection guideline to follow up and many new methods are in study. With the progress of science and the methods of diagnosis and treatment，the quality of life of malignant patients would improve greatly.
