Diagnosis of Endometrial Cancer

Abstract: Endometrial cancer is epithelial primary endometrial malignant tumors, is one of three malignant tumors in female genital tract. In recent years, its incidence is increasing,especially in perimenopausal and postmenopausal women,the incidence of higher. The manifestations of abnormal vaginal bleeding or vaginal discharge,especially for the high risk factors, should be considered to have endometrial cancer may. Over the years, scholars are also constantly exploring the method of diagnosis in endometrial cancer at home and abroad. Auxiliary examination include ultrasound,computer tomography scanning (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), hysteroscopy (HS), endometrial biopsy and endometrial cytology (ECT), detection of tumor markers, it should be combined with a variety of examination to confirm the diagnosis. The latest research progress of the disease diagnosis was overviewed.
