Abstract: Endometrial carcinoma is the most common malignancy of the female genital tract. The traditional treatment of endometrial cancer is surgical excision supplemented by radiotherapy, chemotherapy and hormone therapy. Chemotherapy were used for the treatment of advanced and recurrent cancer patients, the recent studies concluded that adjuvant chemotherapy or chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy can reduce the rate of local recurrence and distant metastasis disease for the early high-risk endometrial cancer. Indications of chemotherapy, drug selection and chemotherapy regimens could affected the efficacy of chemotherapy. The side-effects of molecular targeted therapeutic drugs are weaker than chemotherapy drugs, too expensive of the clinical application and efficacy are not plausible,is not recommended as routine treatment.
