Ovarian Asexual Cell Tumor with Pregnancy:A Case Report and Literature Review

Abstract: Ovarian malignant germ cell tumor accounts for about 2% of all ovarian malignant tumors. The most common type is ovarian asexual cell tumor. Pregnancy complicated with ovarian asexual cell tumor is an extremely rare clinical situation. The clinical data of a case of pregnancy complicated with ovarian asexual cell tumor admitted to the obstetrics and gynecology department of the Second Hospital of Jilin University in May 2019 were retrospectively analyzed, and relevant literatures were reviewed. The clinical features, diagnosis and treatment of this disease are described to accumulate some experience in clinical management of pregnancy complicated with ovarian asexual cell tumor.
