Relations of the Family Members of SIMP and Tumor

Abstract: DPPⅣ and Seprase protein are structure highly homology of serine protease family members, probably play a key role in tumor invasion and metastasis.The research about DPPIV and Seprase protein is still in the initial stage, their roles in the tumor metastasis, related mechanism and clinical value need further research. The review will concentrate on the advances in the structure and function of DPPIV and Seprase proteins,Understanding the structure and function of DPPIV and Seprase proteins might provide a basis for the target of tumor therapy.
