Abstract: In plasma lipids are collectively referred to as lipid, including triglycerides, phospholipid, cholesterol and the ester, free fatty acids, etc. Lipid metabolism disorder is generally elevated triglycerides（ＴＧ） and low high-density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C）. Since leptin found in 1994, people begin to discover the roles except the traditional ones of lipid metabolism（such as energy, synthetic hormones, etc.）. Many studies suggest the correlations between lipid metabolism and cardiovascular diseases, malignant tumors. Researchers found that elevated triglycerides in the blood plasma associated with the ｐａｔｈｏｇｅｎｅｓｉｓ ｏｆ ｅｎｄｏｍｅｔｒｉａｌ ｃａｒｃｉｎｏｍａ， ｈｏｗｅｖｅｒ， ｔｈｅ ｓｔｕｄｙ ｈａｓ ｎｏｔ ｙｅｔ ｆｏｕｎｄ ｔｈａｔ ｌｏｗ ＨＤＬ－Ｃ ｉｓ ｏｎｅ ｏｆ ｔｈｅ ｐａｔｈｏｇｅｎｅｓｉｓ ｏｆ ｅｎｄｏｍｅｔｒｉａｌ ｃａｎｃｅｒ ｒｉｓｋ ｆａｃｔｏｒｓ． Ｔｈｅ ｃｕｒｒｅｎｔ ｓｔｕｄｉｅｓ ｈａｖｅ ｆｏｕｎｄ ｔｈｅ ｃｏｒｒｅｌａｔｉｏｎｓ ｂｅｔｗｅｅｎ ｌｉｐｉｄ ｍｅｔａｂｏｌｉｃ ｄｉｓｏｒｄｅｒ ａｎｄ ｅｎｄｏｍｅｔｒｉａｌ ｃａｎｃｅｒ． Ｌｉｐｉｄ ｍｅｔａｂｏｌｉｃ ｍａｙ ｅｆｆｅｃｔ ｏｎ ｅｎｄｏｍｅｔｒｉａｌ ｃａｎｃｅｒ ｂｙ ｉｎｓｕｌｉｎ ｒｅｓｉｓｔａｎｃｅ ｔｈａｔ ｐｌａｙｓ ａｎ ｓｉｇｎｉｆｉｃａｎｔ ｒｏｌｅ ｉｎ ｅｎｄｏｍｅｔｒｉａｌ ｃａｎｃｅｒ ｄｅｖｅｌｏｐｍｅｎｔ． Ｓｔｕｄｉｅｓ ｈａｖｅ ｆｏｕｎｄ ｔｈａｔ ｌｉｐｉｄ ｍｅｔａｂｏｌｉｓｍ ｒｅｌａｔｅｄ ｓｕｂｓｔａｎｃｅｓ， ｓｕｃｈ ａｓ ｌｅｐｔｉｎ， ｓｔｅｒｏｌ ｒｅｇｕｌａｔｉｎｇ ｅｌｅｍｅｎｔ ｂｉｎｄｉｎｇ ｐｒｏｔｅｉｎｓ（ＳＲＥＢＰｓ）， ｐｅｒｏｘｉｄａｓｅ ｂｏｄｙ ｇｒｏｗｔｈ ａｃｔｉｖａｔｅｄ ｒｅｃｅｐｔｏｒ（ＰＰＡＲ）， may be related to endometrial cancer.
