Diagnosis and Treatment for Uterine Sarcoma and Prognosis Relative Factors

Abstract: Uterine sarcomas are rare malignant tumor. The rate of preoperative diagnosis in uterine sarcoma is very low because of their lack of specific clinical features. The histopathologic classification is very complex and includes uterine leiomyosarcoma, carcinosarcoma, endometrial stromal sarcoma and unclassified sarcoma. In recent years, the great progress has been made, especially on the aspects of pathologic features, clinicopathologic stage, management and prognosis.
